01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 336bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 336bet website located at https://336bet.club, together with all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities made available through that website.

By completing the registration process, accessing the 336bet platform, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 336bet platform in any capacity.

336bet is a platform designed and operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. All natural-language content on the platform is presented in English. The platform accepts players who are resident in Bangladesh and who meet all eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

336bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond publication of the revised terms on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances including disputes, translations, or any other ambiguity. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall override the English text.

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of 336bet services — including real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in this section.

Eligibility requirements for registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout your account's lifetime.
• You must not already hold an existing 336bet account. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gambling services under any law applicable to your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or using the platform.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address or mobile phone number, a date of birth, and to create a secure password. The mobile number provided must be a valid Bangladeshi number capable of receiving OTP verification messages from 336bet.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory step that must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document — a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — through the account dashboard. The KYC process typically completes within one business day. 336bet may request additional supporting documents where required to satisfy its verification obligations.

336bet reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account where it determines at its sole discretion that eligibility criteria have not been met, that false information has been provided, or that continued access would breach these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 03 Deposits & Withdrawals

336bet maintains a player account balance system. To participate in real-money games or betting markets, you must first fund your account by making a deposit through one of the supported payment methods. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Supported deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to participating banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on 336bet is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 336bet may apply additional verification steps for deposits above certain thresholds at its discretion.

Withdrawal policy:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account in the player's own name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies to all withdrawal requests.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• 336bet targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests in under five minutes following approval. This timeline is indicative and may be exceeded during scheduled maintenance windows or periods of exceptional demand.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Bangladeshi banks typically settle within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules.
• 336bet charges zero withdrawal fees on standard player withdrawals. Where a payment provider charges its own transfer fees, those fees are borne by 336bet and not passed to the player, except where expressly noted otherwise.

336bet reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required. In such cases, 336bet will contact the player via the registered email address or phone number within one business day of the hold being applied.

Deposits made to 336bet must be funded from sources that belong to the player. Deposits funded from third-party payment instruments, shared accounts, or business accounts not in the player's personal name are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

04 Bonus Policy

336bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as the specific terms published with each individual offer.

General bonus conditions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated clearly in the offer terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means that the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in full before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category will be stated in the individual offer terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry a validity period. Any bonus or associated wagering requirement not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation. The validity period begins at the time the bonus is credited to the player's account.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Certain welcome or free-spins promotions carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated with bonus funds. This cap will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Abuse prevention: 336bet actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, exploiting technical errors, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, 336bet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

336bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated an offer at the time of its modification will be treated in accordance with the terms in effect at the point of activation, where reasonably practicable.

05 User Obligations

By registering and using 336bet, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the following obligations. Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, or further action as 336bet considers appropriate.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and update your details promptly whenever they change.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share access to your account with any other person.
• Use the 336bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all responsible gaming guidelines and make use of the deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools available in your account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• Notify 336bet support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all funds deposited into your 336bet account originate from a payment source in your own name and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.

You agree that you will not:

• Register more than one account on 336bet, whether in your own name or under any alias or fictitious identity.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an advantage in sports betting markets.
• Attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the 336bet platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Use the 336bet platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Engage in any conduct that is offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 336bet staff or other platform users via any support or communication channel.

336bet employs a range of technical and manual monitoring systems to detect violations of these obligations. Where a violation is identified, 336bet may take immediate action including temporary or permanent account suspension without prior notice, and may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

06 Age Restriction

336bet is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. This age restriction applies universally and without exception to all players, regardless of the game category, bet type, or promotional offer being accessed.

At the point of registration, players are required to confirm by ticking a declaration checkbox that they are aged 18 or above. This declaration forms part of the binding agreement between the player and 336bet. Providing a false declaration regarding age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Age verification procedures:

• 336bet conducts mandatory KYC age verification for all players before processing the first withdrawal. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport.
• 336bet may request age verification at any point during a player's account lifetime if it has reason to believe that the account holder may be under 18.
• Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, 336bet may restrict deposits, gameplay, or withdrawal functionality on the relevant account.
• Where an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all gameplay records will be voided, and any deposits or balance held on the account will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any amounts won using under-age play activity.

336bet encourages parents and guardians to make use of internet filtering and parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. 07 Account Closure

Players may request closure of their 336bet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Prior to closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be paid out to the player's last used verified withdrawal method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Voluntary closure: If you choose to close your account for personal reasons — including as part of a responsible gaming decision — you may request temporary deactivation (cooling-off) or permanent closure. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened. Players who have self-excluded under the responsible gaming programme must not attempt to re-register a new account during the exclusion period.

Closure initiated by 336bet: 336bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence of underage gambling or failure to complete mandatory age verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Use of automated systems, bots, or prohibited software on the platform.
• Conduct that 336bet deems abusive, threatening, or harmful toward platform staff or other users.
• Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or financial institution to restrict the account.

Where 336bet closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the withheld balance may be forfeited. 336bet will notify the player of the outcome of any investigation via the registered email address.

Players wishing to appeal an account closure decision initiated by 336bet may do so by writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification. 336bet will acknowledge receipt of any appeal within two business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

08 Limitation of Liability

336bet provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free access to the platform, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of technical defects at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players via the platform where possible.

To the fullest extent permissible:

• 336bet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from interruptions in platform availability, technical failures, or communications errors beyond our reasonable control, including failures in third-party payment networks such as bKash, Nagad, or banking infrastructure.
• 336bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• 336bet's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 336bet is not responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by players on their winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• In the event of a malfunction or technical error that results in a game outcome being incorrectly displayed or an incorrect payout being made, 336bet reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Where an overpayment has been made due to such an error, 336bet reserves the right to reclaim the excess amount from the player's account balance.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 336bet's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
